歐洲精品咖啡協會 (SCA) 推出全新 SCA Skills Diploma，進一步認可咖啡行業的專業技能，提供深入的知識和實踐經驗，讓學員能更快適應就業環境。
The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) has launched the new SCA Skills Diploma, further recognizing professional competencies within the coffee industry. These diplomas provide in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience, enabling learners to quickly adapt to workplace demands.

四張新文憑包括：
The four new diplomas include:

• SCA Café Diploma｜SCA 咖啡館文憑

• SCA Roastery Diploma｜SCA 烘焙文憑

• SCA Sustainable Coffee Diploma｜SCA 永續咖啡文憑

• SCA Coffee Trade Diploma｜SCA 咖啡貿易文憑

每張文憑均需完成七大學科中指定課程。
Each diploma requires completion of designated courses across the seven SCA subject areas.

課程簡介 Program OverviewProgram Overview 

咖啡永續課程吸引來自咖啡產業不同領域的學員，多為全職專業人士，他們希望：
The Coffee Sustainability Program attracts participants from different areas of the coffee industry, mostly full-time professionals who either:

1. 將永續原則或項目融入現有工作，或
   wish to integrate sustainability principles or projects into their existing work, or

2. 在咖啡產業中轉向以永續發展為核心的職位。
   aim to transition into sustainability-focused roles in the coffee sector.

基礎課程將介紹咖啡產業面臨的主要永續發展模式與挑戰，涵蓋 環境、經濟及社會議題，並引導學員了解應對挑戰的實際方法及新興工具。完成此課程後，學員將建立基本的永續知識與思維，能在自身環境中實踐永續。
This Foundation course introduces the key sustainability models and challenges faced by the coffee industry, examining environmental, economic, and social issues. Learners will also be introduced to practical opportunities and emerging tools to address these challenges. By completing the Coffee Sustainability Foundation, participants will build the essential knowledge and mindset to begin practicing sustainability in their own contexts.

• Foundation 課程共 8 小時，涵蓋實作練習及 SCA 官方網上考試

• 課程主要以廣東話授課；如需英文或普通話，可另行安排 私人班（需預先預約）
  Classes are primarily conducted in Cantonese; private sessions in English or Mandarin can be arranged upon request

學員需通過 SCA 線上筆試（達70%或以上） 方可獲取 Foundation 證書。
To obtain the Foundation certificate, students must pass the online written exam administered by SCA with a minimum score of 70%.
